What you're buying

A pre-order for a tRum Puss plush that is still being designed and manufactured. The photos are design concepts; the finished product may differ slightly in color, size or detail. tRum Puss is a parody character and the plush is a satirical novelty item, not affiliated with or endorsed by any real person, campaign, company or government.

Payment

You pay the full price when you place the pre-order. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Plush and schwag include US shipping; the cola adds a flat $7.99 US shipping charge per order, shown at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only: free for plush and schwag, $7.99 per order for the cola.
We'll email you an estimated ship date as soon as production is scheduled, and update you if it changes.
If we can't ship by the date we've given you (or, before we've given one, within 30 days of your order), we'll email you before then and let you choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund. If you don't reply, we'll keep your pre-order open only as the law allows, and otherwise cancel and refund it.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund: email [email protected] from the email you ordered with. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
If your plush arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it after receipt.

Safety

The plush is designed with embroidered features and no small hard parts. It's a novelty item for ages 14 and up.

We use your name, email and shipping address only to fulfil and support your order. See the privacy policy.
